Everyone sleeps differently. I for instance take forever to fall asleep, but once I'm out you could punch me in the jaw and I'd stay asleep. Also once asleep I cling to/cuddle any human form that is near me.

So CC, what kind of sleeper are you? Heavy/light? Fast to fall asleep/end up staring at the ceiling for a few hours? Stiff as a board/suddenly turn into a fighter from Mortal Combat?

I'm not good at sleep. I'm a very light sleeper with insomnia. Not the best combination. Most of the time I go to bed between ten and midnight, but I don't fall asleep until three or four. I'm pretty used to it, though - four hours is about all I can do without feeling like I'm drunk on sleep. I'm not a calm sleeper, either - I usually fall asleep listening to music and I have to untangle my earphones in the morning. I've always been somewhat afraid that one of these days I'm gonna strangle myself with those things, aha.

I have problems getting to sleep, usually in bed around 3am and will roll around for a bit after that. But once I am asleep, I am like the dead. I will not wake to anything and do not move at all. Though this changes some if I am sleeping beside someone; then I get really annoyed at most movements and wake up very easily. My girlfriend is the only person I have slept comfortably beside throughout the entire night. Probably because she stops clinging to me at some point in the night lol.

I am a pretty dead to the world sleeper when I sleep. I've slept through several action movies with explosions at the theater lol, and slept through being pushed around on the bed.

As for falling asleep, it depends. In the past few years I've gotten better about falling asleep pretty quickly, but occasionally, and during high school, it could take an hour+ for me to fall asleep,

I take forever to fall asleep, but once I do, I don't wake up for anything. I'm also a very wild sleeper. I throw pillows across the room, take the sheets off the bed, flip upside down, you name it. I cannot sleep with other people in the bed because I will probably hurt them. haha. Having another person in the bed prevents me from sleeping anyway. I can't go to sleep if someone's next to me because I'm so uncomfortable.

I used to fall off the bed when I was younger and I wouldn't even wake up. My parents actually had to buy me this bed fence thing that would prevent me from falling. lol

I take forever to fall asleep, sometimes an hour plus, but once I'm asleep I'm usually completely out and short of a train running through my room or something usually won't wake up.

I'm a really heavy sleeper.

I'm also the sleeper that most people don't want.

I do snore, usually not enough to be an issue since I'm not a really loud snorer but I do snore. Everyone on my mom's side snores... including my mother so my brother and I inherited that trait from her, pretty much.

I also move around a lot, kick the blankets off, sleep at the top of the bed and then find out when I wake up that I turned around and am at the foot of the bed, that kind of thing.

There's at least one instance when I was a kid where I was sleeping in my parent's bed and ended up kicking my mother while asleep.

I have to be really tired to fall asleep fast, otherwise I just toss and turn for hours. Once I'm asleep though, I could sleep through anything. Also I kick in my sleep and it's the reason my best friend doesn't like sleeping in the same bed, lol.

It takes me forever to fall asleep too. Once I do, I don't wake up easily. I move around a LOT when I sleep. It drives anyone I might be sharing a bed with insane.

I had one of those fence things when I was younger too! I don't think I actually fell off the bed that often, so I'm not really sure why I had it but it was put up every night when I was little.

Depending on the day, sometimes I'm out like a light, and others it takes me forever to get to sleep. I usually end up reading, or playing with something until I nod off though. Usually, I'm a pretty heavy sleeper, unless something is going on in my room. I've also been told I'm quite vocal when I sleep, as in I apparently talk quite a bit, and I've been known to sing in my sleep too, haha! I don't know if I move a lot. I keep to myself if someone is in the bed with me, but who knows when I'm alone. My cat doesn't move all night when she sleeps with me, so I assume I'm not that much of a mover.

How I sleep depends on what I do during the day. I sleep a lot better now that I get out more, but I had trouble sleeping before -- mainly because I had to force myself to fall asleep a bit earlier than what I normally did. When I'm not doing anything in life my sleeping schedule gets all fucked up and sometimes I'll become nocturnal and my body clock gets all crazy. Also the inactivity always makes my bed feel uncomfortable for some reason...it's normal for me to toss and turn in bed, though I'm not a light sleeper, I don't think.

I don't often snore and I'm not sure whether I talk, but sometimes I swear I feel like I can hear myself talking aloud in my sleep -__- I think I did that this morning, I'm not sure though. It's always something bad like yelling a curse word or something out of frustration, which I don't want my family hearing cause they're sensitive to things like that :P

I procrastinate to go to sleep...When I actually do get into bed, it takes at least thirty minutes for me to go to sleep. My preferable sleeping position is the freefaller position where I am laying on my front side rather than my backside. I always like to put my arm under or over my pillow for some reason, aha. That's usually how I sleep.

i have trouble falling asleep, so i'm usually still awake at three in the morning looking up useless things on the internet or reading haha. when i do fall asleep, it's always to some light and sound, and lots of room to move. i can't stand not being able to stretch out, so i don't like being held and i don't cling to people. when it comes to being heavy or light, i'd say i'm in between, since i do sleep with sound, but if you open my door i'll know haha.

I'm just like you - it takes me ages to fall asleep, but once I'm there... my ex told me that once he came over when I was taking a (very rare) nap, and nothing he did woke me up. He tried calling my name, yelling at me, and even shook me :v serves him right for trying to wake up someone who never takes naps anyway.

What's really funny is that when I sleep, I have to be covered head to toe. I keep a pillow over my head at night <: B

It takes me a really long time to fall asleep usually but I'm probably a little more of a heavy sleeper than a light one. Maybe I'm sort of in the middle. I sleep through phone text alerts, for example, but not my actual ringtone or alarm.

I need silence to sleep, no noise but background noise if it's unavoidable, but either light or darkness is okay. I used to sleep with the TV on but muted every night, now I only do it if I'm scared.

When I'm tossing and turning, I tend to go from laying on my side to laying on my back, but when I lay on my back for a really long time I realize I'm probably about to fall asleep. I wake up on my back most of the time, too.

According to my boyfriend, I twitch and move around a ton in my sleep. One time we were cuddling and I fell asleep then woke up to the sight of him squished against the wall on his phone while I took up about 3/4 of the bed. Depending on my day, I can fall asleep quickly or take hours to do so. Usually on the days I work 8+ hour shifts, falling asleep isn't a struggle. Thankfully, I'm a pretty heavy sleeper. My family tends to get rowdy around 7 am because my brothers are both coming home from their third shift job while my mom is about to leave to get to her first shift job. I only woke up one time they were hollering, and that's probably only due to the fact that I drank some soda around 2 am and went to bed at 5 am.

I'm a moderate sleeper. There is a lot I can sleep through and a few things that will wake me up from a dead sleep. I also need to have a constant noise, like a ceiling fan, a space heater, white noise. I can't sleep with the tv because the tone changes. I also need it to be as dark as possible. And I must have lotion on my hands before I go to sleep. It's one of my obsessive compulsives.

My sleeping habit: Get ready for bed Get in bed Lie in bed awake for a good two hours Fall asleep Wake up at nine because of sunlight streaming through window Place a pillow over eyes and fall back to sleep Wake up at three in the afternoon

Bah, sometimes I wonder what it would be like to be an insomniac and imagine all the things I could do during those lost sleep hours... mostly due to Cashback.
